Review:
The first night we were in a private and the other three we were in
the dorm. This place is wonderul! The best hostel we stayed in in Europe! I
loved it and will definately stay here again! The staff is really friendly.
Private is a little expensive but the drom is extremely reasonalbly priced.
There is free internet access and free local calls. The whole place is
impeccably clean. The food is amazing! Breakfast is not included but well worth
paying a few euros for. The fruit smoothies and the coffee is fabulous. They
also offer a packed lunch for 4 euros which was great for days when you do such
things as the vatican. Much cheaper and tastier than you could buy there!
(Assuming you are on a budget of course!) I loved this place and I will
definately be back.

At Beehive, you're like staying at home!
I like the small garden where one could sit awhile after a long walk - before
going to bed.
The cleanest toilet and bath compared to the other hostels I have stayed
before.
Keep up the standard Beehive, you deserve the 5 star rating!

Best darn hostel anywhere in the world, IMHO. Expensive
(for a hostel) but worth it. It was our little splurge
in the middle of our journey, and boy did we need it! |

In
my opinion, all hostels should pattern themselves after
the Beehive in Rome, Italy. I shared a private room with
2 beds and enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms and the
showers were spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly
and very helpful. Only 2 blocks from Rome Termini (major
train station), it has the location of a major hotel
chain. I recommend the Beehive to anyone visiting Rome
on a budget. |

Location is very good. Close to the main train station
(Termini). Staff were very helpful & friendly. Nice,
small clean hostel, shower was good. No lockers
provided, & no internet facilities when I visited (Feb
2002), but I will definately be staying there again.
Note from Kim - Hostel has been renovated and now
includes free internet. |
