Excellent location and clean, spacious facilities. Showers are push-button but there is plenty of hot water and bathrooms are, once again, very clean. Friendly, helpful staff, nice games room and a quiet reading room for peaceful perusals. Comfy beds and great views of the Liffey and Four Courts. Felt very safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again!

The hostel faced the River Liffey and the Four Courts building. It is on a major road so there is some noise (at night I put on headphones so it did not bother me). It is close to Temple Bar, Trinity College, and Dublin Castle. I found it very clean. There is storage under the bed to put your belongings in and lock with your own lock. The rooms were nice and airy. The kitchen is large and has plenty of supplies to use. There is a big area with tables and chairs to eat at or just gather and watch the TV. There is a pool table in the game room. And they will do your laundry for you for a price. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are keycard entry and the code changes every day so you have to get a new card every morning. I really enjoyed my stay and when I go back will stay there again.

The location was great; about half-way inbetween Heuston station and Trinity college, and very close to Temple Bar. It was clean and friendly, and breakfast could be either toast or cornflakes. (I've stayed at hostels where breakfast has been only toast.) The showers were push-button, which was a little annoying. The only problem with this hostel is that it's located on a very busy street, and if your room faces the river Liffey, it's very loud all night. The traffic along the street is non-stop. Otherwise, though, this is a great hostel.
