I
stayed at the Hotel Foyer in a private double room with
private bath for almost two weeks. It was immaculate and
very modern. The service was wonderful. The room was
small and basic but orderly and efficient. The windows
have excellent noise insulation from the busy street and
trams. Unfortunately since it was hot and there was no
air conditioning, the outside noise was extremely loud.
The noise level inside the hotel itself was quiet.
Breakfast was the same every day. Breads, cereals,
yogurt and drinks were unlimited. The location of the
hotel was excellent. The transportation in and around
Zurich was easy and walking to major points of interest
was not difficult. I rate the hotel highly because of
the quality of service, location and price. The only
difficulties were the night noises of the tram and
ambulances going to the two nearby hospitals. |
