Really nice hostel, funny and clean. Quite original the way it is painted. free breakfast every morning (ehm.. but I always woke up too late, so I never tried it...). Some guys of the staff are nice and friendly, others not at all. Rooms are really clean, and they have the best bed I have ever found in a hostel. Toilets are well kept too. I suggest you try it, it's not expensive and after all, you'll be satisfied.

The rooms were clean and bright, the staff were consistently helpful and always available. Essentially a 3 star hotel without the trouser press.

This hostel looks like the set of a cheap music video. T.V.s screaming day and night playing your typical American recycled pop and hip hop rubbish. Blue neon lights everywhere and the food was only junk fast food that comes out of a plastic bag and is heated with a micro wave. French fries and cheese burgers Ahhhhhhuuugh : ( The staff were for the most part quite friendly but certainly not all. One of the most interesting characters is a guy called FISH, who works in the bar. He was funny and quite entertaining. For the most part, if you're a backpacker and on a budget and wanna meet interesting persons, skip this place. As was mentioned in another review, it lacks any kind of character. It was also FULL of 13 to 15 year old school kids while we stayed there.

For a perfectly clean and safe hostel, this is a very good one. However the place really lacked a soul, it just didn't have any kind of a vibe to it. Much of this has to do with the fact that it is just massive and you just get little chance to ever meet anyone.

This place is very clean and very safe. The staff is wonderful and you get a free breakfest everyday. Its right across the street from the Landsburger Allee S-Bahn stop. I would recommend this place to anyone. Though it may take you 15 min on the S-Bahn to get to central Berlin, its easy and safe.
