This may have been the best hostel I stayed at in
Europe. It had a great atmosphere, especially in the bar
at night. It is not close to the main Berlin sites, but
seeing as they are spread out you will probably have to
find some sort of transport anyway. The all-you-can-eat
breakfast is a deal at around 3 euros. The place is
clean, there are lockers and there are numerous places
nearby to get food.
