Funky place - my friend and I arrived at 6am off a night train from Granada (don't do it!) and they let us crash in our room straight away without paying for an extra night. Despite the fact that I had called and booked the day before, they had no record of it, but being January they luckily still had space. Beds were great, showers good, clean place, friendly crowd. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, comfy common room/lounge, and they'll do your washing for a small fee! Great location in a beautiful city - what more could you want.

I cannot believe no-one has reviewed this hostel yet it is the most aptly named hostel in the world. If you like people, you'll love Home, it is the most relaxed and friendly place I've encountered on my travels with an amazing mix of nationalities all sharing travel stories and advice over a few beers or a bottle of wine. As for the facilities, they are clean and reasonably priced and the showers are hot. Do yourself a favor, next time you are looking for somewhere to stay in Valencia, just click your heels together three times and say "There's no place like home, there's no place like home..." Or you can do what I did, sit on a bench looking all lost and wait for a beautiful Aussie girl to come and show you the way.
