I stayed during CeBIT which is a busy week, but even so, this is the worst hostel I've stayed at and needs some serious work. There were 11 beds crammed in the dorm and only a single loo. You have to wash in the kitchen sink in cold water. The kitchen had a single hot plate and 2 pans between 11 people. The bedding was old, stained and felt damp, probably due to the heating being turned off. The main showers were in full view in a sort of entrance hall. If you have to stay here, go for a room upstairs as these didn't look too bad and there was a new shower room in the 3rd floor kitchen area for the private rooms. If you must stay in the dorm, take a sleeping bag, earplugs and a sense of humour. Oh, one last thing, check the room rates, as they seem to vary depending on how you book?

It is like staying at a friends place, very cosy with couches and chairs and there is a tiny garden as well! The only draw back is the very small showers and kitchen - but hey! at least there IS ONE!
