How can essential oils be used?

This blog is dedicated to people who travel to Europe or promote European tourism. What does this have to do with essential oils?

Well, believe it or not, I discovered everything about essential oils during my trip to Italy. Italy is one of the oldest countries in the world culturally and it really blew my mind that traditional Italian medicine is a holistic form of medicine.

People look at individuals as a collection of different mental and emotional and psychological states. You’re not just a body. You’re not just a physical shell. You’re physical symptoms are actually manifestations of your emotional and psychological state. There is a tight correlation between mind and body.

According to this traditional Italian idea, when you use essential oils, you actually trigger a sensory state. People are transported from focusing on their problems in an unhealthy way.

Let me tell you one fundamental truth. If you focus on something, it will grow. If you focus on your problem, it will grow. If you focus on your worries, it will grow.

When you use essential oils, you are physically redirected from that. When you physically redirect someone’s attention, eventually, their mental state changes as well. This leads to a different emotional reality. They start looking at the situation more differently because they have different assumptions, expectations and mindset. This is the key to a sustainable solution.

In America, we are trained to just blast our problems with a heavy cocktail of drugs. What do you think the results have been? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that this is a dead end literally and figuratively.

Do yourself a big favor. Regardless if you are grappling with depression, lack of contentment or anxiety in many different forms and levels, invest in the best oils for your mood issues. The best oils will help you relax so then the essential oil triggers internal mental recalibration processes that lead you to a sense of wellness.

I don’t want to sound all metaphysical here, but let’s face it. Your mind and your body are joined at the hip. What happens with your mind has a direct and profound effect on what you feel and vice-versa.

It’s kind of like pushing on a balloon. You don’t quite know which part of the balloon will swell up, but you can bet that the balloon will swell. It’s guaranteed. The key is to make this fact work for you instead of against you. Sadly, too many people choose to be unaware of this. So they plod along. They go with traditional solutions and they end up paying quite a high price or they keep running such a high risk. Thankfully, there is a better way forward. You don’t have to play Russian Roulette with your health. No need to do that.

So do yourself a big favor. Look into finding out the best oils for you so you can get a handle on whatever depression and anxiety and mood issues you may be struggling with.
