I
would recommend this hostel to others. It was clean,
quiet and safe. I stayed in a private room which was a
bit pricey but not bad for London. The location is very
good. It's just across the street from the Great
Portland Street underground station. The staff were not
especially friendly, but then again, I didn't ask them
for a lot of help. The hostel has a bar area that is
great for meeting other people, and a quieter internet
area with very affordable internet rates. The private
room I stayed in was clean and quite large, with a sink
and fridge. The bathrooms on the floor where I stayed
were nice. One had a full bathtub with shower. The
entire hostel was very clean. Also, the breakfast was
good as well. All in all, a great experience! |

The
location is great-right across from the Great Portland
Street Underground. I felt very safe walking back by
myself after a night at the theater. The rooms are like
uni dorm rooms- each with desks, closets and a sink. I
thought it was clean and mostly quiet. My only complaint
was the small shower area. There is hardly enough room
to turn around in the stalls. There is a dining hall,
internet cafe, luggage storage, tv room, bar, etc.
