Review:
Very clean, very friendly, and the breakfast was the
best we had encountered throughout most of Europe (not
including Ireland). Lockers in each room... showers
close by. Quite a walk though when you're lugging around
a big pack! |

This hostel is in an OK area a long walk from the city
centre, but not far from a tram stop with trams until
midnight. I found the hostel pretty comfortable. The
staff were friendly and helpful, the dorms were
spacious, the showers good, and I think I remember the
breakfast pretty good. The only thing that seemed odd to
me was that smoking was considered normal everywhere,
including at the dining tables and in the dorms, as
witnessed by the presence of ashtrays. I must say that
guests were considerate in asking whether I minded if
they smoked there, and I hope I was polite enough when I
said I was not happy with them smoking. |
