If you want to be right in the centre of things on the main thoroughfare tio charles bridge, then for sure you have to accept that it will be noisy at night, but for us [we're in our 60's!]that was compensated for by clean comfortable private room with own bathroom, and being able to go to opera and concerts at night without worrying about the last train/bus back to accomodation. We loved it!

Location is great. Between Karluv Most (Charles Bridge) and Staromestske Namesti (old town square). That, however, is where the greatness ended for me. I stayed in a dorm of 8 or 9 beds on the 2nd floor, right above the street. I thought it would be quiet at night - this is a pedestrian street and the businesses close at night - but throughout the night loud drunken people kept passing by... There was en-suite shower and toilet, but who cares when you share them with 8 people? Worst thing... there was no common room in this hostel!
