Review:
Very clean, everything looked very new, friendly staff (although
they don't all speak very good English), bar open until late. Breakfast
expensive for what you get, don't bother. Location very good for stations and
trams although not the best neighbourhood, some shady characters hanging around
at night, the road leading up to the hostel rather scary in the dark!

Wombat's was simply fantastic. Clean, comfortable, all rooms have
shower and toilet in-room. The crowd was young, energetic, and friendly.
Staff members were easy-going and helpful. Will stay here every time I return
to Vienna.

Fabulous! 10-15 minute walk from the train station and metro; very
clean; bar downstairs with happy hour and pool table; spacious rooms all with
bathroom included; lockers in rooms.

Great location, close to train station. Cleaner than my home,
friendly staff that really answers your questions and not just waving it away
with 1 liner answers. Highly recommended.

The hostel is amazing, it is vibrant, clean, colourful!
The staff are so ready to help, and if not help, just
sit and chat! The location is great, five min walk from
a train station - which takes you all over Vienna. The
bar is open until 2:30 am, it is always full and the
food they serve is cheap and really good, they have pool
tables in there and TV screens. Another great part is
that they have a cinema with different movies on ever
night! great asset! Breakfast is not included, however
it is cheap and a buffet... Wombats is a great place to
be! |

Rooms were clean, shower good, but staff at the front
was rude, the guy mumbled everything and was not
friendly at all. |

I loved Wombat's! The rooms were enormous, and had a
bathroom right in our 4 person room. It was spotlessly
clean, and we had our own lockers as well. It was
located in a safe neighbourhood about a 20 minute walk
from the city centre. The staff were knowledgeable, fun
and friendly. |
